Famous, successful rapper sentenced to public service helping building manager Thurgood Stubs in the "Ghetto Superstars" episode (11 Jul 2000) of stop-motion animated television series The PJs. Q.T. didn't pay his taxes on the $90 million he made last year.
He has his own label, Q.T. Records.
He inspires two of the local kids to form their own rap duo MC Chunk and Supersmooth, which Stubbs tries to manage.
