The 7 Dipthongs

Rock band and seven dwarves parody in the two part story "Snow What, a Far-Out Fairy Tale" story in two issues of Charlton comic book Go-Go, issue #7 (June 1967) and issue #8 (August 1967).

They're a small-time band stuck playing a New Jersey coffeehouse until singer Snow What joins them and they become more successful, but still not successful enough to get out of New Jersey.
