He shared an apartment with Major Glory and The Infraggable Krunk in the "The Justice Friends" segments of the animated television series Dexter's Laboratory (1996-2003). He played a flying-V-style guitar that gave him his rock powers (ala Thor's hammer).
His name is portmanteau of real band Van Halen and the mythical Norse home of the gods, Valhalla.
