Toast
Toast is a band mentioned in Canadian-American author Gordon Korman's 1980 teen novel Who is Bugs Potter?.
Toast is Bugs' all-time favourite band.
Toast has a unique stage presence. The lead singer dresses in a white tie and tails. The lead guitarist wears a red-and-white striped 1890's-style bathing suit and a military hat from the French Revolution. The bass guitarist wears pyjamas with a blue bathrobe and slippers. The drummer wears jeans with no shirt and a Toronto Argonauts football helmet.
