Three Blind Miceketeers

Guitar-banjo-violin trio consisting of three (presumably blind) mice that sing commercial jingles in the exceptionally long-running newspaper comic Gasoline Alley (it celebrated its centenary in 2018).

Fake band connection: In the 22 April 2018 strip, The Molehill Highlanders play a Miceketeers jingle from the 25 Feb. 2018 strip. Gotta respect waiting for just the right moment to nail your punchline—even if it is two months later.
