The Sultans of Swing

From Rocklopedia Fakebandica

The Sultans of Swing are the subject of an eponymous song by real-world band Dire Straits from their 1978 self-titled album.

According to the lyrics, they have horns (specifically trumpet) and are "blowing Dixie[land], double four time". They also play Creole, which presumably means a Zydeco type music.

They were inspired by a real band Mark Knopfler once saw, and contrast their grandiose name with their pub-band musical ability.
