The Round Pound

Johnny Bravo meets up with this morbidly obese hip-hop trio in the "Hip Hop Flop" episode (18 Aug 1997) of his animated show on the Cartoon Network. The Round Pound's DJ has eaten his turntables, and they promise to make him part of the show if Johnny finds them a new one. So, uh, he does.

As payment, the group teaches him how to be down, def, dope, and wear big-ass sneakers so Bravo can gain the love to a female hip-hop fan.

Real rap star Chuck D. of Public Enemy provides the voice of member CD Biggenz. The other members are Heavy C (Jeff Bennett, who does Johnny's voice) and Main Flavour (real singer Montell Jordan).
