Rick O'Shea

DJ of the two-man pirate TV/radio station KLA in the Thunderbirds episode "Ricochet" (6th November 1966). They have their own satellite/space station, but it gets damaged and is going to smash to earth and destroy an oil refinery unless the Thunderbirds destroy it, but DJ Rick O'Shea panics when he has to spacewalk to the Thunderbirds' ship. He gets rescued anyway.

"Rick O'Shea" (richochet) is probably not his real name.

Rick O'Shea voiced by Ray Barrett. The other person was tech expert Loman, voiced by David Graham.
