Midnight Bus

A band whose "Bells N' Swizzles" cassingle appears in a cutaway gag in the "Nothing Ventured" episode of goofy Cartoon Nework animated series Clarence (first aired 2 Dec. 2014). Based on the other bands mentioned during the gag (Nighthair and Stiklip), it's probably fair to assume they are '80s hard rock/hair metal.
