Jump to navigationJump to searchTed Cassidy played this cadaverous, harpsichord-tickling butler on the 1964-1966 run of The Addams Family. He was always an amateur musician, but in the "Lurch, the Teenage Idol" episode (first aired 14 May 1965), he becomes (temporarily) a bona fide pop star. He even appeared on real dance show Shindig.
