Actress Justine Bateman played Jennie Lee, the lead singer of this band in the 1988 movie Satisfaction. It also starred Liam Neeson (!) and Julia Roberts (!). Real musician Britta Phillips (who provided the voice of Jem on Jem and the Holograms) played Billie, a member of the band.
