Jump to navigationJump to searchA skilled minstrel and weapons master who plays a major part in Frank Herbert's Dune (1965) and Children of Dune (1976) novels, and who later appears in the prequels and sequels that have come out since Herbert's death. He's played by Patrick Stewart in David Lynch's film adaptation (1984) and P. H. Moriarty in the Sci Fi Channel's miniseries adaptations (2000 and 2003).
His musical instrument of choice is the baliset.
