Portugese/Romany guitarist and singer of the title of the 1967 young adult mystery novel The Secret of the Minstrel's Guitar, number 5 in The Dana Girls Mystery Stories series.

He has several albums and is famous, but not so famous that he isn't above playing a transatlantic cruise ship, the Balaksa.
