Downbeat Joe

Swing jazz musician briefly mentioned by fan Donald Duck in "The Waltz King" story of comic book Walt Disney's Comics and Stories #84 (September 1947). Daisy Duck has asked him to be her partner for a waltz contest. Donald thought she meant modern dancing, but the contest is to Strauss waltzes. This leads to Huey, Dewey, and Louie giving Donald a crash course in waltzing, leading to much shenanigans.
