In a stunning example of highly accurate naming, this is a DJ who is a wheelbarrow full of nachos. He (it?) appears in the titular episode of the absurdist animated kid's show Pig Goat Banana Cricket (16 Oct. 2015).

DJ Wheelbarrow Full of Nachos, who is voiced by Gary Anthony Williams, later returned in the "It's Time to Slumber Party" episode (26 Feb. 2016).
