Guitar-playing teen boyfriend of Dell comic book teenager Ponytail(1962-1965). He only appeared in a the "Rock Around Pop" story in Ponytail #18 (September 1970), where he blasts some loud guitar to the dismay of Ponytail's father.

Cosmo's last name is not given.
