Cecilia Dudleigh

Music teacher and eventual composer living in Northern England from the 1854 novel Counterparts, or, The Cross of Love by Elizabeth Sara Sheppard (1830-1862). She composes a dance piece under the French pseudonym "Monsieur Vertu" (Mister Virtue).
