Baja Beat

Local high school band from the 1990 young adult novel Sweet Valley High #68: The Love Bet. Long-running band The Droids beat them and other contenders (Spontaneous Combustion, Suede Men) in a battle of the bands.

The band features token black male student Andy Jenkins.
