Gay Witch Hunt

In the "Gay Witch Hunt" episode (September 21, 2006), Andy first mentions his old college a cappella group at Cornell University. Here Comes Treble. It comes up multiple times in later episodes.

The Convict

In the November 30, 2006 episode, "The Convict," Andy sings "The Rainbow Connection" in pig Latin, while accompanying himself on banjo, all to woo receptionist Pam, on the basis of coworker Jim's deliberately bad advice.

Andy's Play

In the "Andy's Play" episode (October 7, 2010), Andy performs in a local production of the stage musical Sweeney Todd, in the role of Anthony Hope. The original version the episode's script had the musical numbers being performed badly, but was changed to "razor-sharp renditions" of the songs instead. Guest appearances included Robert Mammana portraying Mitchel Walsh, who played the title role in the play within the play. Heather Marie Marsden played Mrs. Lovett, Maxwell Glick appeared as Tobias, and Phil Abrams appeared as Shelby Thomas Weems, the musical's director.

The Sting

In "The Sting" episode of The Office, (October 21, 2010), Andy forms the short-lived trio Kevin and the Zits with some co-workers.

A.A.R.M.

In the "A.A.R.M." episode, the penultimate episode of the show (May 9, 2013), Andy goes to audition for America's Next A Cappella Sensation, with judges (and real life singers) Aaron Rodgers, Clay Aiken, and Santigold. However, when the auditions close before Andy gets his chance, he forces his way in and embarrasses himself so bad in front of the judges, the video goes viral on the Internet.

He also meets aspiring singer and fellow audition-er Casey Dean.
