Former Here Comes Treble bandmate of Andy Bernard on the US version of the sitcom The Office.

Real name: Robert Black. Played by Stephen Colbert.

He appears at a band reunion via video chat and steals Andy's thunder by singing "Faith" by George Michael.

I think his name is a joke on a common name for the green cruciferous vegetable Rapini: "Broccoli Rabe".
