Two-man pirate TV/radio station in the Thunderbirds episode "Ricochet" (6th November 1966). They have their own satellite/space station, but it gets damaged and is going to smash to earth and destroy an oil refinery unless the Thunderbirds destroy it, but DJ Rick O'Shea doesn't want to leave.

Rick O'Shea voiced by Ray Barrett. The other person was tech expert Loman, voiced by David Graham.
