Trumpeter and beekeeper (?!) from the "Crimes Set to Music" multi-part story in DC comic book All-Star Comics #19 (Winter 1943-44). Goons threaten to put stuff on his lips to make him permanently allergic to metal, so he'll never be able to play again! Superhero Thunderbolt saves the day.
Norris was targeted by Hector Bauer, a former childhood friend who blamed his lack of success in music on Norris and his other friends.
