Musical instrument native to the Whos of Whoville, from the 1966 Dr. Seuss TV special How the Grinch Stole Christmas! It is a large-belled brass wind instrument similar to a tuba, only on wheels and with a hi-hat cymbal set attached. The whole thing must be amazingly balanced, since it only has two wheels
The instrument is not in the original 1957 book.
