Popular radio DJ on an unnamed station from "The Case of the Cracked Disc Jockey" story in comic book The Perfect Crime #12 (May 1951). He's the target of murderous Ben Blane, a DJ at the same station who's jealous of Carlisle's success. And that he married a girl Blane liked.
