Classical violinist from the "Crimes Set to Music" multi-part story in DC comic book All-Star Comics #19 (Winter 1943-44). He's shown in a flashback as the teacher of violinist/composer Mark Nelson. Palini gave Nelson his valuable Stradivarius violin. Now goons want it, but hero Starman helps defeat them.
