Likely Austrian, but possibly Swiss or German singing duo from Ray Stevens' cover of the "(Theme from) The Monkees)" from his 1984 album He Thinks He's Ray Stevens.

The song's intro has a DJ-type character who announces them as "a group discovered by a lost mountain climber in a Biergarten in an unknown village hanging off the side of a snow pass in the Tyrolean Alps"

The song is sung with comic German accents, a slow oompah beat, lots of bickering between the two, and even a laugh track. Seriously Ray, a laugh track?!
