Funny animal comic book parody of real band The Talking Heads. To maintain continuity, Marvel sticks things into different alternate universes. The Earth populated entirely by cartoon animals is called Earth-8311, and is filled with wonderfully mediocre animal puns like this one, and Billygoat Joel.

The Squawking Heads were mentioned in Peter Porker, The Spectacular Spider-Ham, #16 (July 1987).
