Nazi saboteur from the "Death Dirge of the Veiled Violinist" story in volume 1, issue 5 (Summer 1941) of The Human Torch comic book. He's discovered a way to kill people with a violin. No, not by stuffing it down their throats although that would also work. By playing a special high note of the right vibration, he can shatter human bones.

Hero the Patriot (Jeff Mace) catches him, and the Mad Violinist leaps out a window to his death rather than be captured.
