The Beakles (Howard the Duck)
Beatles parody from the March 1980 issue (vol. 1, issue #4) of the Howard the Duck comic book (Marvel Comics). Some parts of the issue are excerpts from Playduck magazine, from Howard's all-duck home dimension. The relevant part of a Playduck review of films and albums by Duckbill Mantio reads thusly:
For fifteen years ducklings too young to remember that their first album have been clamoring for a reunion of that almost-mythical rock group, the BEAKLES.
