A '90s band who suffers an awful tragedy the night of their big break playing the Orpheum Theater in Los Angeles, California. After rehearsal, three of the band members decide to grab some dinner from the back trunk of a hot dog salesman on Hollywood Blvd. Bandmates Luke Patterson, Alex Mercer & Reggie Peters die as a result of their questionable dinner. Surviving member Bobby/Trevor Wilson forges ahead as a solo act while the rest of the band exists in limbo for 25 years before reappearing in their old rehearsal space, which is now owned by the father of Julie Molina. The ghost and Julie join forces and become Julie and the Phantoms in the 2020 Netflix musical comedy/drama Julie and the Phantoms.
