Funny animal comic book parody of real metalheaad Ozzy Osbourne. To maintain continuity, Marvel sticks things into different alternate universes. The Earth populated entirely by cartoon animals is called Earth-8311, and is filled with wonderfully mediocre animal puns like this one, and Mick Jaguar.

Ozzie stars in Peter Porker, The Spectacular Spider-Ham, #14 (March 1987). Yes, he bites the heads off things. Peter Porker is assigned to take pictures of his concert and hates it; nostalgic for the days of "good" music by bands like The Rolling Storks and The Marmosets and the Papillons.
