Thugnificent in his political phase

Rapper-turned-Woodcrest resident-turned package delivery man featured in several episodes of The Boondocks.

Born Otis Jenkins in Terra Belle, Georgia, Thugnificent (voiced by Carl Jones) pursued a communications degree before turning to hip-hop. He was introduced in "The Story of Thugnificent" (first aired 5 Nov. 2007). In "It's a Black President, Huey Freeman" (first aired 2 May 2010), he briefly decides to become political during the 2008 presidential campaign (even recording a song, "Dick Riding Obama," with Will.I.Am). In "Bitches to Rags" (first aired 9 May 2010), he loses his house after his autotuned album tanks.

During his heyday, he ran with the Lethal Interjection Crew, which included Flonomial (voiced by Busta Rhymes), Macktastic (voiced by Snoop Dogg), and Leonard (voiced by DeRay Davis).
