Standard old black bluesman in the B. B. King mold from the 1983 comedy Get Crazy. A running gag in the film has every band at the new year's concert playing a version of his hit, "Hootchie Cootchie Man." He takes a moment to eulogize a deceased fellow bluesman, Howling Blind Luther Washington, whose name is likely a parody of real bluesmen Howlin' Wolf and Blind Lemon Jefferson.
