Jim Dandy (George Pal's Puppetoons)

Not-so-good amateur puppet violinist who first appeared in the 1941 stop-motion animation theatrical short Hoola Boola.

He also appeared regularly in the 1945-1947 comic book series adaptation George Pal's Puppetoons.
