Jump to navigationJump to searchMagic horn in the Wheel of Time series of high fantasy novels by Robert Jordan (pen name of James Oliver Rigney Jr.). When blown, it summons heroes and/or wolves to fight for the trumpeter on the side of Light.
It is the focus of the second novel of the series, The Great Hunt (1990).
It is a curled golden horn with the sentence "Tia mi aven Moridin isainde vadin." ("The grave is no bar to my call.") inscribed around the bell.
