From the television series Batman (12/28/1967). In the "Funny Feline Felonies" episode, record producer Little Louie Groovy (Dick Kallman) mentions this band.

Narrator: "Shortly, at the groovy pad of Little Louie, the young tycoon of the recording business:"

"Who you recording tonight? You never tell me anything anymore."

"A new group I just discovered about twenty minutes ago, called the Gotham Boulevard Offramp. They oughta have the number one record in the country week from next Tuesday."
