The Free-Form Jazz Band appeared in three episodes of Phineas and Ferb. Consisting of: 0Linda Flynn-Fletcher

They played at "Squat and Stitch" at the local Googolplex Mall. In their second appearance, they were joined by Candace Flynn performing "E.V.I.L. B.O.Y.S.". They recorded one album, Live at the Squat and Stitch.
Despite their name, they usually don't play Free, but rather Cool Jazz.
