Minor lord and wandering bard appearing in Lloyd Alexander's The Chronicles of Prydain series of children's fantasy novels (1964–1969). In The Black Cauldron, Disney's animated adaptation of the first two books in the series, he's voiced by Nigel Hawthorne.
His instrument of choice is a magic harp whose strings break if he tells a lie.
