Violinist and would-be supervillain from "The Mad Musician" text short story in comic book Amazing Mystery Funnies #22 (July 1940).
He escaped from an asylum from which he was committed in 1935. Police sergeant Denny Boyle catches him before he can destroy New York City with sympathetic vibration.
