Duchess

All or mostly female rock group with matching haircuts and trenchcoats from the comic book Black Canary Vol. 4, #2 (September, 2015).

They have a grudge against Black Canary and set up a battle of the bands against them, recruiting band The Banko Jim, and The Order of the Crimison Crystal Cult, which may be a cult or a band or possibly both, to join them. Band Bo M also turns up.
