Rock musician played by Johnny Depp in the 2013 comedy-drama [Lucky Them]. Smith (a Kurt Cobain analogue with the least showbiz name ever) disappeared years ago, but music journalist Ellie Klug (Toni Collette) is charged with hunting him down. Along the way, she crosses paths with Lucas Stone.

Fake band connections: Collette also appeared in Velvet Goldmine, another flick about finding a vanished rock star.
