Briefly shown one-joke pony from the "Moonshine River" episode of The Simpsons (09/30/2012), the premiere episode of their 857th season. They are playing the Racers' Ball hosted by the mayor, an event that comes at the end of a poorly-planned day of letting Formula One racers race the streets of Springfield the same day as a bicycle race. The plot lurches into motion at the dance as sister Lisa teases brother Bart that at least she has a dance partner, which goads Bart into tracking down all his old ex-girlfriends.

The name is a parody of 1920s-1930s singer Cab Calloway, and "scab" being a derisive term for a worker who replaces a labor union member who's on strike.
