African American New Orleans blues singer from whom the Rutles, the Everly Brothers, Frank Sinatra and Lawrence Welk all stole their material and style from. Or just a big pathological liar. From the 1978 mockumentary All You Need is Cash. Wonderfully played by Bob Gibson.

Ruttling Orange Peel is the next-door neighbour to Blind Lemon Pye.
