Eddie Murphy played the running character angry felon Tyrone Green on Saturday Night Live in the early eighties. In a skit from the Nov. 13, 1982 episode, an apparently released Tyrone Green's reggae band plays "Kill the White People" at the VFW Annual Talent Show, horrifying the MC (Tim Kazurinsky) and the white middle class audience.
