Lopez (far right—the one that's a hand) records with studio musicians

No, not J-Lo. This Jennifer Lopez is a face painted on Eric Cartman's hand (ala Señor Wences's Johnny) in the "Fat Butt and Pancake Head" episode of animated comedy series [South Park] (first aired ). She likes, and sings about, tacos and burritos. After her act becomes a big hit, the real J-Lo loses her contract and Ben Affleck to the newer Lopez. By the end of the episode, she reveals that she is actually Mitch Connor, a con man. And all along, she's still Cartman's hand.
