Stephen and the Colberts are a new wave band that Stephen Colbert (the character from Stephen Colbert's comedy news show [https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0458254/ The Colbert Report, not the actual person Stephen Colbert) played with in the 1980s.

They actually released a song called Charlene (I'm Right Behind You) and it is available for download to play in the video game Rock Band.
