Bloodshot

Prom/hotel band fronted by Eric Katz (John Belushi) in the 1979 dramedy Old Boyfriends. They began life as Ricky and the Red Eyes but changed their name to "keep up with the times." Katz mentions that they "play everything: jazz, pop, rock, country, mood music, nostalgia," but we only see them play "Jailhouse Rock" and "You Belong to Me." Fellow future Blues Brother Murphy Dunne plays the band's keyboardist, and lead guitarist Jim Keltner later played in The Swanky Modes.
