One of the many fictional jazz outfits created by DJ/producer Madlib in the 2000s and 2010s. The releases by these 'bands' on Stones Throw Records often looked and sounded as if they were vintage and discovered in a second-hand record store, with pre-printed ringwear on the cover and pre-recorded vinyl crackling in between songs.

R.M.C. appears on the 2010 compilation "High Jazz" on the Madlib Invazion label with the track "Space & Time", alongside the flagship 'band' in this context, Yesterdays New Quintet.
