Apollonia

OK, this is kind of an edge case, but we're counting it. Real mononymous musician Apollonia played a mononymous cocktail waitress/aspiring singer/girlfriend to Lorenzo Lamas in 10 episodes of the fifth season of primetime TV soap Falcon Crest (first aired 1 Nov.-20 Dec. 1985). She was often shown singing "Red Light Romeo," a song that was never released (as far as we can tell) but is available on Apollonia's SoundCloud. Ain't the internet great?
