Phish Tahko appears in the Season 2 Episode 5 episode "Van Hickey" of the television program My Name Is Earl.

Earl Hickey (Jason Lee) must reform his band Phish Tahko to make up for kicking its lead singer out several years before. The band is made up of lead singer, Tom Sparks (Larry Hankin), drummer Randy Hickey (Ethan Suplee), Guitarist Ralph Mariano (Giovanni Ribisi) & Earl on bass. Tom was kicked out of the band because he was preventing the other younger members from hooking up with the bands groupies.

The band only plays one song -- Edgar Winter's Frankenstein -- but they do discuss the show in a way that indicates there is more music to the band's repertoire.
